Established almost 100 years ago, Central Drug Store & Gift Shop was opened to provide the Greeneville area with quality pharmacy services. Dr. Billy Bullington purchased the store in the 1960's after working at Central and Corner Drug Stores since 1951; in 1981, his daughter Cindy Bullington Fisher, DPh graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Pharmacy and purchased Central Drug & Gift Shop in 2000.
